Terms and Conditions of Participation

By submitting their entries the Participants accept the terms and conditions given below.

1. The Organiser retains the exclusive right to choose the winners.
2. The award winner prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes. The prize is indivisible and can only be accepted as such.
3. The Participant to the photo contest confirm that the Organizer can freely use the photos of the Participant on their webpage and free printed or online materials with a credit in the name of the Participant accompanying the photos, on the same page, when they are reproduced. The Organiser and its partners, therefore should be granted with a permission for such photos to be posted and viewed by third parties freely, free of charge and without any restriction.
4. The Participant grants the Organiser the right to print the photos and expose them in open exhibitions with a credit in the name of the Participant accompanying the exposed photos.
5. The Participant cannot pursue any charges or demands in relation to the copyright.
6. The Participant shall be responsible for the accuracy of the required information, especially the e-mail address. The Organiser shall assume no liability for incomplete or inaccurate information.
7. The Participant confirms that any person possibly appearing in the photos have given their permission for the use of their images.
8. The Organiser reserves the right to pre-select photos for the online voting and put on the website only those photos which were approved by the staff or jury members.
9. If any ethical concerns or the suspect of cheating in the mode of voting arise, we reserve the right to exclude the Participant from the contest without any further notice.
